I padam vir singh chauhan booked my car in apra sikandarpur under the dealer paresh bhutani and sunil bhrva.i have booked white swift ldi on 28 june in csd rate.after that i did payment on 6september in ambala depot as mr paresh bhutani gave me availaibility certificate of my car and guaratee me to deliver the car on 7 september but now he is not piking my cal and on 11 sep when he picked he said he is not having any car and he can not give me the status.my son is doing llb from delhi and he is having exams of last year and we are facing many problems.please take strict action against mr paresh bhutani and mr sunil bhrva otherwise i and my son will go to consumer court gurgaon and will file suit against both of them.also i will suit him under crminal offence under cheating and fraud.
