Tickets not received- Amount debited??

On 1st January, I had booked two tickets for 3-Idiots for 02/01 show time 10.00 p.m.

The tickets were booked online from their web site www.bigcinemas.com.

An amount of 520 has also been debited from my citi bank credit card account. The booking reference no is 279504.

However due to technical errors

the order was not completely processed and I have not received the

confirmation of tickets. Their call centre is also not accessible, they give a waiting period of 30 mins and after that nothing happened... which is ridiculous.

Kindly take strict action so as to get the proper refund and for the trouble caused by the company.
