Booking Failure Money deducted

My booking at Big Cinemas failed for the movie MAUSAM at Cinema R Mall, Mulund, Mumbai (SCREEN - 1), showtime 3.30 pm. However, Rs 825 was deducted from my account. Despite given all the necessary documents and repeated follow ups to the Mulund Big Cinema personnels - Dattatray Khude, Mahadev Gaonkar and Mahesh Thakar - no action has been taken. the website says that money will be refunded within 7-8 days but its more than 15 days and am yet to receive my money back. The staff is not at all cooperative.
