Tickets not recieved

I have just booked two Tickets of "3 IDIOTS" for 30th December, on Movie Time, Raja Garden. Rs 300 has been deducted from my ICICI bank Account but I have not received any ticket neither in my mail nor my cell phone.plz tell me what should I do get my money back.
