Tickets not received. Money debited from the account

Hi All,

Booked ticket today morning (1 Jul) for Sunday's show from book my show. Money from my account got deducted but the ticket were not received. I tried calling their cosumer number, but in vain. Now I see that there are various complaints about the same. Booked the ticket using ICICI netbanking.

Please suggest what to do in this case? Can I file a police complaint somewhere in such case?
