Money was debited and ticket not delivered

I have booked 3 tickets for movie "Delhi Belly" on 1st july around 11am for 10 pm show for the same date at MOVIE TIME through SBI net banking, after completion of transaction i.e. debiting the amount, it showed some technicaI error and i didn't received any ticket confirmation on my mail and phone. When i checked my bank statement, amount of rs 589 was deducted and i didnt get my tickets .i tried contacting them immediately number of times but all in vain... i mailed them too but i did not get any response till 2nd of july. now they have replied to my mail after 12 hrs of show telling that my tickets were booked..

i have records of my n their mails...

please solve my problem...
