Hi,

I have booked ticket from boookmy show website and along with that I have booked small combo as well, It was confirmed rom book my show and amt was taken from my credit card, But when I reached the Fun Cinema, I got the ticket but they refuse that there is no combo booked in my name, I send a mail to bookmy show on 25/12 for the same, They reverted me back saying they will check the issue, but its been 15 day, niether the mat has been refunded to my a/c, nor I recieved any confirmation from book my show, please help me is thus
