Staff OF Theater, & malpractice in selling tickets

I am facing the problem with their staf regarding information to be provided by them. Their is scheme of LOOP mobile of geting 1 ticket free on 1. which nwe are suppose to avail by sending SMS which cost Rs 5/- and then getting the coupon which is used against purchasing ticket .from last few times their staff call us on friday mornig 9.00 am saying BPL (LOOP) guy comes at 9.00am but when we reached theri on 8.45am they said all the coupons are being sold at morning 6.45 am which was first show, but their staff dont say us that we are suppose to be before first show when we inquired on thursday evening at nearly 5.00 pm . i think this guy internally sells this coupon and ont pass this benifits to PATRONS .today on 21-05 i was their in the mornig along with many other people who faced this problem w even spoke to thier Asst. Manager but all was in vain and hence i m giving you the detail of the staff along with the I.D. numbers47047
