Delta Mobile set
Mobil is full faulty

Dear sir,

I have purchased a product name Delta Mobile set from homeshoping 18 .com I received the product it was full faulty and was not actual as show in there website then I called up there customer care executive but no body is respoding.

Now i dont no what to do? I kindily request u to replace me the new hand set or refund my money OTHERWISE I WILL GO TO COMPLAINT CONSUMER CARE.
