Selling food coupons forcibly with cinema tickets

Sir,

we 6 friends went to a movie in first cinema in cityplex mall, jaipur. this cinema hall is under era cinemas.

it was written on the ticket window that morning show tickets are of Rs. 80 but they took Rs. 120 for each ticket and gave a food coupon of Rs. 40 which was not required to us. it was forced. when asked about that they told that you have to take the food coupon and it is compulsory. but it was not mentioned anywhere.

kindly register a complain in this regard and take some action as soon as possible.
