Reverse of money in account

I tried to book ticket online in famecinemas.com for the movie My Name is Khan. Although Rs980 was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked. And more over I didn't even get a message regarding reverse of money. When I mailed to famecinemas these people asked me to send the detail related to the booking. When I send them the same they told it will take 30 working days to reverse the money.

I think it's very unfair from customers point of view that while debit it takes just few seconds, whereas for reversal it takes a month.

I want to know is there any fixed time in which they must credit the money back into the account.???
