Money not refunded for not working KIOSK

Dear Sir,

In the Forum Value Mall, Whitefield, there is a Cinema hall run by the Fame Cinemas. On 31st Dec we booked the ticket on the KIOSK, around 11:00 p.m in the night. But when we tried to print the ticket, nothing happened. And there was no one in the ticket counter to help us. We tried again, (i, e we swiped our card again), and again we couldn't print the tickets.

As we always get an SMS, that money has been debited from our account, and this time we didn't get one, so we assumed that there was no money transaction involved.

After 3-4 days, when we check our statement online in the net, we find that this money is debited from our account.

We asked thr Fame cinemas to refund our money, as all this happened because of their 'NOT Completely working' KIOSK, the fame cinemas is unwilling to pay the same.

The amount was Rs. 600. Kindly consider our case, and help us on this.
