On 21.12. I went to watch Mission Impossible - Ghost Protocol, 9:15 PM show at Fame Cinemas, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

There are in total 4 3 = 7 ticket counters; out of which only 1 was open for booking tickets. As a result there was a huge queue for ticket booking. Both on the spot bookings & internet bookings was being handled by a single person.

There was very less time left for the show to start (around 10 minutes). Moreover, the card payment system was down, (adding to our worries). All of us was requesting the counter person to open another window in order to speed up the bookings, but there was no one, saying that all other persons are on leave.

As a result of the above half of the persons standing in the queue either missed the show or entered the hall 20 - 30 minutes delayed!!!

Is this the level of FAME CINEMAS!!!

This will certainly reduce the persons' interest of watching movies at Fame...

WATCHING MOVIES AT NO MORE MAKES MY DAY!!!
