Non Delivery of Vouchers

I live in Gurgaon and had booked Gift-A-Movie vouchers for my parents in Lucknow on Feb 09. They were supposed to be delivered on Feb 12. Order Number: 1617679. It was through their website www.funcinemas.com. These tickets haven't been delivered yet. The occasion for which they were booked is past.

I tried calling at their corporate office on 022-66755700 to get the number of their Lucknow Centre but the four numbers given to me don't work. What should I do now? There is no professionalism whatsoever. The people receiving the phone also do not talk properly.

I want Fun Cinemas to take action immediately and if they cannot deliver the tickets, then please transfer the amount back. I vow never to deal with Fun Cinemas again and neither would I advise anyone. I shall also take legal action against them if they do not act in a day.
