Booking failure but Money lost

Hi Inox,

I was trying to book movie tickets from your website, www.inoxmovies.com onThursday for the movie Eega for a Sunday, 8th July, 10 AM show at INOX Malleshwaram, Mantri mall, Bangalore.

After doing the payment at the payment gateway, final page it showed me as booking has failed. I booked for 7 seats it charged around 1526.26 rs from my account from my ICICIbank credit card. Please arrange for the refund of the same and acknowledge that to me in a mail (cnpriyanka@gmail.com/cnasha@gmail.com). I did not receive any such acknowledgement on your website. You website is in bad condition and needs to be rebuilt. It fails all the time.

INOX please take an action and refund our money!!
