Billed but tickets not given

Dear Sir,

I am Dheeraj Khanna from Raipur, My Cell No is 9981515982. on 19th Dec I booked a ticket from www.inoxmovies.com using my credit card. Ticket amount was billed on my credit card but I did't recieved the unbooking of seats. when I went to theatre counter I was told tthat my tickets are not booked. but in my credit card statement the ticket amount is billed. i had mailed several times at eticketing@inoxmovies.com as guided by inox employess but... no replies from officials. I had stopped visiting inox also at Raipur after it, reason is PVR is more reliable for internet ticket booking. please help me getting my money refund
