Ticket not got after payment

I am bikram shaw from burdwan. i have booked two ticket in burdwan inox for "Agnipath (4.30pm show) on 28th jan through online booking but after successfully payment made ticket has come neither in my mail nor in my mobile. Money is deducted from my a/c.the payment was made through Axis debit card powed by VISA.so, if there is any problem happen during booking then it is not my fault.
