Cacellation of Ticket

Dear Sir,

I had booked a movie ticket online at INOX Garuda mall for 15/09 2:20 PM show, (Ticket Confirmation No:217994). For personal reasons, I wouldn't be able to watch the movie on the specified date and I wanted to cancel the ticket. As I didn't find any option in their website, I called up the customer care number and informed. the person spoke to me in a rude manner and rejected all my requests saying that no such option being provided by them. He argued with me over phone about 10-15 minutes and cut the phone. I lost my money for nothing. It is so ridiculous that they are doing this to customers, .

Please take action against them for not to repeat the same with customers.
