Irresponsible behaviou

Dear sir,

on 27 december i had booked two ticket of three idiots through phone.they had given me booking number 9526, and requested to come two hour before the show to collect the ticket.i had reached the counter at sharp 2 pm for the show of 4:30pm, and there i was informed that my ticket was cancelled..i had no regret, for what happened to me..i just wanted that at least they should inform me after cancelling the ticket, so that i can plan of something else.
