Efreshments being sold at higher price than mrp

I went to watch the movie Tanu weds Manu at khilona talkies jhansi, UP. I purchased 4 coffees and a packet of chips from the canteen. The MRP of the chips packet read 20Rs while I was charged 25 Rs for it. On protesting I was told to return the packet and buy it from somewhere else.
