Air Conditions not working on Monday & Tuesday shows

Dear All,

THis is inform that "Kurval Broadway, Borivali (E), Mumbai, Maharashtra is fooling customers by giving discounted tickets on every Monday (69rs Silver & 89rs Gold) & Tuesday (79rs Silver & 99rs Gold).

These people charge less on this 2days of a week & put OFF Air Condtions to save electricity money. In such condition non of the public was comfortable watching movie. Even after complining 3 times no action was taken.

At the time of interval, all customer blasted on Manager complaining AC is not working. All Customer demanded for refund & same was provided by Broadway.(Visited on 30th july - 8.10 pm show)

Why such kind of things are done???
