AVA Merchandile (product code i089)
Product not delivered (date of order 20.05.10)

I have ordered for an Overnighter cum laptop Bag on 20.05.2010 vide order no IC 25914. It is around 8 months now, but i have not received my product so far. Several times i contacted with the customer care of AVA merchandise, every time they assure me that my product status will be informed to me within a week, but i waiting for their call and product since past eight months. Now if i am pursuing for cancellation of my order, they are even refusing for that too. Following few date are there when i talked with their customer care excutive:

19-10-10 Mr. Arun, 25.10.10 Mr. Arun, 08.11.10 Ms. mansi, 22.11.10 Mr. Yashpal these are the dates only i have note, though their several other calls which i have not noted. In short i waisted equal amount to the product in calling the customer care of AVA merchandise.

I hope now their will be a solution to my problem.
