Wrong commitment

Hi,

This is Rajesh i had booked a wrist watch thru a credit card on 1st june 10 and i was told by 20 days it would be delivered but it is now mare than a month and when contact them they hung up the phone telling i need to wait and their application is down so wen asked them to cancle the advice they cant as it takes 3 months and now i hav got my credit card bill telling me to shell out for something that i hav not received wen contacted the credit card company i was told that i need to call them only and they cant help.
