Non-Receipt of product

I had ordered for 2 watches from AVA Merchandising dated 19-05 but till today no delivery of products are made to my place. When ever I call there customer care toll free number, they tell me that the order is under process... The invoice nos. are 1664, 1665 & 1666... please do some thing and help me.
