Faulty goods are not changed 2 days after buying even with the receipt

My friend bought me a shoes 2 days ago. The shoes is faulty. The fwd base n the heels r not level. I showed the shoes to the staff. He could see it but still refuse to change. He claims when buying shud have informed that mite be changing so they wud not have issued the receipt. This is the most weird excuse I'm hearing. Further more the receipt does not have any address, serial no or date. This is legally already wrong.. Not only that they made me sit in the shop for 3 hour not informing me that they can't change. I was treated very badly by the staff Alvin and farzhana. The shop details r below. They did not even have a business card.
