Order not recieved

I'd ordered a reebok kit from BagIt Today on 11-nov-10 (Booking ID: 880182840) and paid the amount (Rs. 3398) on the same day through credit card. but i'd not recieved the item till now. I've spoken to customer care on 06-12-10 to mr. rajkumar who told me that the order was not punched.then icalled customer care (ms. priya) 08-12-10 and she told me that the order is still not punched, then icalled again on 10-12-10 & 15-12-10 and again found to my disbelief that the order is still not punched. Now the customer care executive Mr. Rahul has asked me to give the authoriazation code of the credit card transaction. Then I called my credit card company and asked for the authorization code, which I've given to Mr. Rahul on 16-12-10.

Now i request you to cancel my order and proceed my refund.
