Delay in delivery of the ordered items

I ordered Reebok Shoe and Reebok Watch on 17th Dec. I got some problem initially while processing the payment in online itself and after some follow ups finally you accepted the payment confirmation and processed the order on Jan 10. Express IT Courier representative came to handover the parcel to me around Jan 20th but I did not acknowledge the parcel and send it back because it contains Reebok sunglass and Reebok Tea-shirt. I got the acknowledgement from you on Mar 18th that you received the same.

I have been continuously following it after that but I did not get any positive response from India Today Book Club and nobody resolved this issue
