Non receipt of the order for 3 months

I did not receive the order even payment of the full amount for swatch watch,

I get excuses like

- address wrong

- we've dispatch, pl wait for some time etc

its been atleast 4 months.

PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.

pl find below the email for address confirmation which was sent on 21 Jan we are sitting on 18th march - how much time does it take to courier the order???
