Non delivery of items after payment

I had made order no 1001 530814 dated 24th Dec and paid vide credit card. Upon repeated enquiries from 10th Jan on the 16th of Jan I received a mail stating that the items have been dispatched on the 14th of Jan with all details of the consignment number, Transporters name, tracking id & the dispatch date.

Now on checking with the transporter, they have reverted back that no such consignment has been booked, and that no such tracking ID has been issued.

It is my understanding that this whole exercise only involves swindling money from the people & giving them fabricated, consignment details, tracking id's etc to keep them going in circles, round & round.

Inspite of the fact that I have contacted them over mail repeatedly, at response@bagittoday.com, & contact@bagittoday.com, I have not received any response. I even tried calling their number 0120 4112424, but there is no body to pick up the phone.

Some action needs to be taken against this bogus company.
