Placed order not delivered after 1 month

Hi,

I have placed the oder with order number : 1001420933 on 19th Dec same time I have made the payment through my CC and the amount has been debited from CC a/c. Until now there is no status update of the placed order. I have sent several mails to the customer care email id "membership@bagittoday.com" and tried calling several times to customer care number "011-40502424" the number always busy. I think the company is fake, looting the customers.
