Order Not Delivered

Hi,

My name is Sumanta Das and i am a member of Bag it today Online shopping. I have purchased a Mtv Roadies sunglass worth Rs399 using my debit card on 2nd March. On 21st March they told me that i will receive the order within 7 days. Then on 25th march they told me that my order has been returned due to wrong address. But during the form fillup in online I have provided the correct address. However I again gave them the correct address and I was told that the product will be delivered in the address within 7-8 days. But on today, 7th april i called the customer care and then told me that my address is not updated and they did not redispatch the order. They are accusing me for the delay. This company is harrasing me too much for this product and they don't know how to behave with a customer. In future i will not purchase anything from this company. It's a horrible experience to deal with them. For reference the order id is 1003293965.
