Product not received

I placed an order for some jewllery for my wife thro internet from bagittoday.after that i received an e-mail and a sms about the confirmation of my order and the despatch details.but the product never reached me.after few weeks i received an e-mail and came to know that my order had been misdelivered and they had given me an offer amounting Rs.600 for my next order.after that i placed an order for a reebok shirt amounting Rs. 799/ and i made a mistake by paying the balance amount thro net banking.it was in the month of may and today is 14th july but i have not yet received my order.in this regard several correspondance had already been made but from their end always some white lie.
