Not refunding money

Lot of money taken from my A/C for orders giving enticement of diamonds and prizes.

Diamonds supplied were found worthless so all orders were cancelled but company is not refunding my money.

I have provided them datewise transactions by their sales department.

Total amount runs into lakhs of rupees. I have details.

Suggest a course of action.
