Hi I wanted to buy balloons so got to know this website. www.balloonman.in

I selected the products and on payment page it showed message that currently the service is not working, to make payment directly transfer money to ICICI account no.???

After transferring money the seller did not deliver the product.

When I called their helpline number 09990151000 some person - Rajan franchise owner confirmed that they have received payment but don’t have that product, so he would refund my money. Around 20 times I have called him and every time he promises to refund but till date he has not refunded the money.

Want to know how to get my money back?
