I had received an phone call from the company from were i have booked my shoes through on line they informed me that they have already dispatched my order. But the first flight courier from trichy didn't even informed me unless i called them and they said that i have to go and collect my courier from their office in trichy because they dont have their own staff so they are sourcing outside people for delivery and they dont want them to collect the cash.

As a professional courier company i think this type of answer and service unacceptable and i think i would never suggest or use my self this type of courier service again.
