Bata shoe company

I purchased the article 871-6136 from Bata shoe store, PaMDari, Raipur of Rs.1699.00 on 22MD May. The article damage with in 10 days, I have reported this at show room, the manager agree and replace it after receiving the original invoice, but i have lost the invoice hence please instruct your manager to replace the article on basis of the record of showroom.
