I bought a Bata shoes from CITY STORE, College Road, Pathanamthitta, Kerala on 09/01.After 3 days the shoes stitching unleashed and the reaxin is broken.. I went to the store and asked fo replacement, but the store executive use some bad words and done some illegal activities. I beg him to replace the shoes other wise i will complaint against you in consumer court but he dont respected me...

What should I do... it is really cheating..
