Dear Sir/Madam,

We are a regular customer of Vishal Megamart (Fatima Nagar, Pune). We had purchased some goods including a bedsheet from your store just before Dewali (Bill No : 5320000003008 Counter No : 32 Date 15th Oct). The bedsheet was of such an infirior quality that all the colour went off in one wash only. We visited the store and talked to the manager about it. He took the bedsheet from me and raised a complain for the same and asked me to contact him after a week.

We called up the person and he told me that there is no guarantee for bedsheet and it can't be returned and I will have to take it back.

So, my point of saying is, we purchase goods from vishal, thinking of its brand. So, if something of sub-standard is sold to us, its the responsibilities of Vishal. We trust your brand and go for shopping hoping that we will not be cheated.

I talked to my father-in-law, who himself is a Judge, suggested me to put and application in the consumer forum. I personally don't want to go for judicial proceedings for such a small thing. I request you to kindly do something on this.
