Belmonte Wallet
Regarding sending of Low Quality Product than that of Ordered

Recently i had ordered a belmonte Wallet through Koovs online shopping website. It's cost was of Rs.499/- after the discount of 37%. I had place the order and paid it on 15th of Feb. According to the description the product will be delivered within 7 working days. But i did not get the product. I tried to call the customer care number. They always put us on hold. Not even a single time i had interacted with customer care.. at last i got the product on 2nd of Mar. The Wallet which i got is not that of Belmonte first of all. I least if i had got somet good quality of the other brand i would have been satisfied for the amount paid. But is of totally delecate quality. Not even in the single place they have mentioned the Brand name. The Wallet is plain with no brand name. and that too very delecate. According to me we would get the item within 150 rs. or so. Whom to complain?? what to do? no option left out.
