PF COMPLIAN... NOT FOLLOWING LABOUR LAW

Dear Sir,

Subject: PF A/C NO: TN / VL / 74361 /0046

Despite sending 3 mails to Vellore office regarding my Pf claim. I had notified Vellore office regarding my Ex-employer “BEST & CROMPTON APPARELS LTD” about defying the labour law created as per Indian constitution.

I left this company in Dec and submitted all required document for PF claim but all in vain.3 month’s back I came to know that company in not paying my PF and now they are not interested to give any information.

Any reason for above…..

Regarding this I complain to PF Vellore office but no help and action taken for this. Even no reply from sent mails also.

I am just a common man and happy to see the created infrastructure & system to safe guard the rights of Indian citizens and very sad to realize that it is not followed in most of the cases.

For small issues a common man has to fight the battle every minute, every hour, every day, every year and whole life.

Why are we treated like this….. PLEASE HELP…………………
