Inferior quality product sold and then refused to give repairs or compensation

Sir,

i bought a U.S pollo Ass. Jacket from a Pollo franchise store STANMAX (Dehradun, India). The jacket got torn the very next day due to physical movement, when i asked the store to provide repairs or replacement they clearly refused saying they dont have eqquipments to carry out the repairs.

I feel like i have been cheated, i request for legal help.
