Worst Service - Products not devlivered

My Order Number: 100047663. I placed the order on Oct 22. It was supposed to be delivered in 7 days. Its more than a month that I placed the order and still not delivered. Whenever I called up the Customer care they always say the same thing that they will call and update me but they never contacted me. I even told them that if they are not able to deliver the product then to return back my money. Its quiet an irritating service they have.
