Substandard quality of sarees

Respected Sir,

I have purchased three sarees from Bhagyavidhata, 135, Mohammad Manzil, Shop No. 1 Dada Saheb Phalke Road dadar (east), (C.Rly) Mumbai-400 014 Contact No. 24184256 vide bill no. 103 dated 05.04.2012. After stitching the blouse and necessary work done before using saree (like fall and pico work) one saree was used for one occasion only. After that it was observed that cloths are of sub standard and threads are started scattering and displaced, means one can see through and through from one side. When I visited the shop with wife to complaint regarding sarees, there were more than 10 workers started soughting on us and among them one of Mr. Ketan Sawala (saying i am Managing Director) said that first you teach your wife how to wear the sarees because she has wore (wrapped) the saree tightly that is why it torn. I told him not to use this type of indecent word to my wife. He said kabhi achchha saree kharida nahi aur comlaint karane aa jate ho. Finally he has returned the cost of two unused saree. Sir my complaint is what i will do with this torn saree and also i have paid Rs. 130/-- for blouse stitching. What is the procedure to get my money back from Bhagyavidhata shop Dadar. The total cost of sarees with blouse stitching is Rs. 790 130= Rs.920/-
