Charged for the product not purchased

I have been charged for the product which i did not purchased from big bazar on 4th nov, but when i visit on 9th nov to grt it resolved, i was told that i have bought the product and cant help, i agree that at time of payment i did not check the bill, but i visit mall manager not ready to listen, even i askd them to check video whether i had purchased the product or not, i have been charged 656 extra on my bill for the unpurchased prduct. I REALY DON’T KNOW WHETHER SOMEBODY IN YOUR COMPANY WILL CHECK THIS COMPALIN OR NOT, BUT ONE THING IS FOR SURE PEOPLE WILL COME TO KNOW THAT “ BIG BAZAAR CHEATS CUSTOMERS”
