Cheating the customers

On the 9th of April we went shopping at the Big Bazar located at Raghuleela Mallin Vashi.

After the shopping was done in the payment counter the bills were paid and by mistake we did not collect one of the materails (A T shirt worth Rs.199).

On reaching home and veiwing the items we found that the T shirt was missing, we called the number mentioned on the bill. Some lady picked up and we informed her the same. The lady said it is ok and asked to collect the same by procuring the bill.

On the 14th of April when my neighbor went to collect the T shirt, he was said that they did not recieve any call, also they said that there were only 4 members in the staff and all refused to have knowledge of the material.

This is a real pity that the big organisation like Big Bazar has such a staff that for a mere Rs 200 T shirt all this has taken place.

This is not about the Rs 200 Tshirt. It is all about the trust, it could be an expensive item. The customers some time in the hurry tend to forget the collection of the items, it is the responsiblity of the staff to take care that the materials should rbe returned back to the customer, if the intimate the same.

I truly feel that the organisation should see to it that the customers are not cheated as it happened in our case. After all the money is hard earned.
