Shrits Completely Wrinkled

I have purchased VIVALDI Shirts (with checks) for 40 size under buy two get one free scheme from a Bombay dyeing outlet, Basaveshwaranagar, Banaglore, on 10-09. I Paid Rs. 1, 600/- for TWO shirts.

Unfortunately just in first wash the TWO of the shirts wrinkled and became useless. I have tried to Iron (press) but failed to get pressed. I been using bombay dyeing VIVALDI Shirts for the last 10 years and such an incident is for the first time.

When the dealer was contacted he said that he will not take goods back and he can not do anything.

Kindly take steps to see that my losses will be compensated and your firms goodwill will be maintained.
