Not Providing Bill of sold product

Dear Sir,

I Masood Faisal S/o Akhlaq Ahmad visited bombay footwear shop today and selected 3 different available product of Relaxo Flite and asked the shop Keeper for the bill/Invoice/Cash Memo. First they told me that i have to pay extra tax if they provide bill but as per the price tag MRP is mention inclusive of all Taxes. at the same time shop keeper uses abusive language in front of minor kid.

First i request the consumer forum they check out the product. are they selling right product of the company?

Secondly i request the Consumer Forum check out the matter regarding non providing of Bill/Invoice/Memo. Are they filling ITR?
