VERY BAD SERVICE

Hi this is Prasad Waghmare (wprasad1589@gmail.com) staying at Andheri (Amboli) have written this complaint about the incident which happened with me recently when I purchased the shoe from the shop on 16/10 of amount 1199/- respectively. I was told that the shoe was a genuine leather & I'll get full value of it but within 2 & 1/2 months the upper skin of the shoe started coming off it. I went to the store with the problem to Mr. AZIZ but he started arguing with us & was not accepting the fact he also lied that the shoe was a French leather & not a genuine one I got very depressed. this has taken around 5 days & yet he didn't revert back today when i went to the store he accepted & he told that you can take any other shoe I agreed on it but I wanted a written apology of the same but he simply denied. He was also very rude & arrogant with us so kindly help us on this.
