Cheating at billing counte

Saturday (4th June) I went to shop at Brand factory Marathalli. To my surprise lot of defected pieces (in ladies section), I shown to the sales people there, but they don’t have any answer and they least bother also. There was a offer on Lee cooper shirts BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, I bought a pair of shirts. But in the billing counter he is not accepting it, I argued for 10 minutes then he send someone to enquire then he accepted it. I bought a belt also which was 20% discount on MRP but in counter they missed to less 20% discount, I could not notice in the counter as there was rush.

They say plenty of offers but in the counter they literally cheat the customers. On every item customer has to remember all the offers. How can a customer remember all the offer if he bought around 10 items.

I decided not to go Brand factory, they do unethical business. Customers are literally cheated by them.
