Poor quality of product

Dear sir

On 6th March I bought Reebok shoe from Brand Factory and within one and an half month the soul of shoe is loosing out. During one and an half month I hardly wore fifteen days and I didn’t use for sports or any rough use. I went to Brand Factory and registered my complaint to executive of the company but they didn’t offer satisfactory solution.

After spending Rs.959/- and purchasing branded product if you see this kind of result and service which really frustrating, please guide me for the next course of action because I want to take tough action against both the companies.
